I am very pleased with my 2016 Acura RDX [47,000+miles] and I enjoy working with Yvonne Russell to mainain my SUV. The service techs do an excellent job on maintenance and repairs. However, there have be and I enjoy working with Yvonne Russell to mainain my SUV. The service techs do an excellent job on maintenance and repairs. However, there have been two occasions of not closing the deal. First, after repairing a side mirror, the electric was not reconnected. This recent service included an oil change but the oil life indicator reads 35%. Jackson is still my Dealer of Choice, but there is no excuse for such errors. Russ Strange 10/22/22. More

I always bring my car to Jackson Acura for maintenance. Nick takes care of my car and let’s me know exactly what is being done to my car and the price upfront. It was my 1st time visiting Jackson Acura. I needed routine maintenance on my 22 MDX and decided to stop in without an appointment. Rodney Jones (Service Consultant) must have seen me standing I needed routine maintenance on my 22 MDX and decided to stop in without an appointment. Rodney Jones (Service Consultant) must have seen me standing and looking a little lost in the lobby. He greeted me and promptly sat me down and explained all the maintenance that had to be done. Their waiting area was clean and provide several nice amenities. The work was completed sooner than expected. I highly recommend Jackson Acura!! I look forward to my next visit. More
