Great experience with the service department. Greeted quickly in their large covered drop off area. This place is huge. Several Waiting areas. One with couches, one with high tables and chairs, a counter area that overlooks the cars being serviced, and individual office areas for private working on laptops. Plenty of charging stations set up. Snacks, drinks, coffee is free. Frequent updates. Free wash and vacuum. I recently switched to them after being disappointed about another place. This place is quick to diagnose and fix issues. Highly recommend it! More

On Friday, January 14, 2022, I had service on my RDX, and on that date, I told Yvonne about the Idle feature not working. I was there for about 3 hrs at that time she tells me that they thing it may be the b on that date, I told Yvonne about the Idle feature not working. I was there for about 3 hrs at that time she tells me that they thing it may be the battery and the only way to fine out would be to charge the battery for 1 hr. I told her I could not stay I had to get back to work. then 2 weeks ago my car started making a terrible noise so I brought it in and it ended up being something on the gas door and they needed to get a part ordered. I received a call to schedule since the part had arrived and I scheduled for 3/14/2022. When I arrived I reminded Yvonne about the Idle feature not working and that I was told the battery needed to be charged. She said she would remind the mechanic. I was there for about 1 1/2 hours when she tells me that all is done but the battery was fine and that the mechanic did not get a code when he tested the battery. The other solution would be to get a new battery but it would cost $250.00. Because I am frustrated that the feature doesn't work. I told her to go ahead and replace it and that I would pay for it. Well, I have a new battery and the Idle feature is still not working. She did ask that I call her to report any issues and I will. But I thought someone else should know that the mechanic just has no idea why the Idle feature all of a sudden stopped working. I suppose that it will never be fixed because it doesn't register a code? More
