Service was great. I arrived at 8 am and as soon as I stopped my vehicle someone was there to great me. While I was waiting i was offered water and coffee and snacks. My service was done quickly, they even did an inspection of vehicle and told me I needed new wiper blades. My service advisor was great and was there to answer all my questions. What I liked this time around is that they made sure to clean the car and make sure it was safe for me. That is something that is needed in today's times of Coronavirus-19. More

Maintenance I am an older woman very concerned about safety measures being taken during the pandemic. I had called the service department at Jackson prior to my I am an older woman very concerned about safety measures being taken during the pandemic. I had called the service department at Jackson prior to my visit to make an appointment for my service. I was told they do not make appointments for maintenance work. I then asked if there was an area outside that I could sit and wait while the work was done on my car. I was assured that there was. Upon arriving at Jackson, I learned that the only seating that was available was the waiting area inside the showroom. Of course it was crowded and I refuse to sit in an area with so many people during this Covid crisis. I ended up sitting on a curb in the parking lot for an hour and a half while my car was serviced. After paying I asked if the car had been sanitized and was told that the steering wheel had been wrapped and that there were coverings on the floor. However neither were present when my car was driven up for pickup and the man driving it was NOT wearing a mask and did not have gloves on. Upon my request the service greeter took a rag with disinfectant on it an it and wiped down the doors and steering wheel. Given the current situation this should be STANDARD procedure for every customer. More
