I was hoping that Jackson Acura would provide me with either a high mileage discount or a loyal customer discount (did I say that I have been a loyal customer for 12 years). Jackson Acura does not offer either. I'm afraid that from now on, I will need to take my business elsewhere. More

Yvonne herself drove our car until the problem presented itself and was able to let the technical folks know what was happening. The dealership provided a "loaner" car without any question and then Yvonne called to give me a update on figuring out the problem. We have had great service at Jackson since we bought the car and Yvonne has been faithful in making an effort to sort things out. More

First Service Dept visit Same problem exists. I specifically stated the car needs to be driven 45mph or faster to hear the flapping underneath the car. It is obvious they did Same problem exists.
