Car battery would not hold a charge It was determined that keyless entry module was faulty. When I was told car was ready for pickup my key had not been programmed. that evening my car w It was determined that keyless entry module was faulty. When we tried to jump the battery we realized that positive battery cable had not been properly attached to battery by the service department. We requested car get detailed during service. We were charged twice! More

I would like to commend Jacksonville Acura service center. I drive a little further to get to them but I've always had a great customer service so I never mind going all the way to Jackson Acura for m center.
