Great experience with a complex problem With my 2016 Acura MDX, I started noticing clicking noise whenever I try accelerate from parking. The clicking sound was pretty subtle and no addition With my 2016 Acura MDX, I started noticing clicking noise whenever I try accelerate from parking. The clicking sound was pretty subtle and no additional problem was noticed. It is not an easy one to diagnose. In any case, I trusted Jackson Acura and took it there for servicing. Pat was my service rep who was very understanding and had a technician take a ride with me and observe the clicking noise. They confirmed that they need look into it. They gave me an appointment at my convenience. They troubleshooted the problem and identified the issue as broken Engine mount. They covered the cost of the repair under the power train warranty. They fixed the problem and for the past week+ I no longer have the problem. Thank you Jackson Acura! and Thank you Pat! You have been extremely professional and honest. More
