Pleasant Experience - not pushy Had to come in for a recall issue. Brittany was great. Service I went in for a oil change at 3:30 on a Friday. There were about 3 people waiting in the room with me. My oil change took 2 hours and 45 mins. I got no update from the service rep except when I ran into her in the hallway and asked. They didn't even do the multi point inspection that they would normally do. I was given a one hour time frame. More
