Exceptional Customer Service I recently purchased my Acura TLX (Eboni) from CarMax. I roll it there one time for an oil change and I was not pleased as they did nothing else. As I was researching which dealership to take my vehicle to, Jackson Acura received rave reviews from my godsister. My very first visit, Brittany, was so helpful and provided me with a list of services that Eboni wouls need for optimal care. I was so impressed by her knowledge as well as Yvonne. Those are my go to ladies. I hate to say that if neither one of them are present, I would rather bring my vehicle back than to work with anyone else. Yvonne and Brittany have exceptional customer service and very knowledgeable. Thank you both! More
