Brittiany is the best!!! I was visiting Georgia for summer vacation with 4 teenagers when my Acura MDX broke down. Since I'm from Florida, I had no idea where to take my car f I was visiting Georgia for summer vacation with 4 teenagers when my Acura MDX broke down. Since I'm from Florida, I had no idea where to take my car for repair, and was nervous about being taken advantage of by a dealership repair center I was not familiar with. From the moment I called Jackson Acura in Roswell, GA and spoke to Brittiany, I knew I was in great hands. She calmed me down on the phone and told me she would get me in right away. It turned out that my main computer needed to be replaced. Brittiany worked with my warranty company on making sure the part was covered and installed within just a few days. During that repair, another issue came up with an additional part that needed to be repaired. Brittiany again came to the rescue and worked diligently to get my car in perfect working condition. Due to our vacation time ending, I had to head back to Florida with my 4 kids before my car was ready. Brittiany made special arrangements for me to take a loaner car back to Florida. She kept in constant contact with me regarding my car's status, made sure I had the best possible pricing, was kind and knowledgeable, and a pure joy to work with. What's even more exceptional is that she even drove my car (after the repairs were complete) more than half way to Florida to meet me and exchange my car for the loaner car on her own time. I can't say enough positive things about Brittiany. Not only is she an expert and extremely conscientious at her job, she's an incredible human being who went above and beyond in helping this out-of-town single mom in a situation that could have been extremely challenging. I would highly recommend Brittiany to anyone. I honestly have never met someone in the auto industry who is such a genuinely kind, honest and helpful person. She is a gem and I appreciate everything she did for me! More
