I was promptly greeted and was told it would take about an hour and a half to get service on my car. I grabbed a soft drink and some pretzels and in about an hour they called me. The area you wait in is an hour and a half to get service on my car. I grabbed a soft drink and some pretzels and in about an hour they called me. The area you wait in is constable and inviting. Brought my <2 yr old car for very minor repair. Technician was incredibly rude - I felt like I was nuisance to him. They told me they were ordering a part and they would be in touch.
