4 1/2 hours for a battery and service recall update. No one updated me when the time ran over the promised 45 minutes to 1 hour ready time. Of course I need to give props to Reggie Hammond who sold my wife and me 7 cars since the dealersh consultant, Nick Covino, and the rest of his team.
