Wife went in for a simple oil change with an appointment, took over an hour, so she went to ask Cody how much longer, because people that came after her, had already gotten their cars. Cody, was clearly in a bad mood and stressed already, got super defensive and was ultra disrespectful towards my wife because he couldn't answer the question and she called him out on it. I tried to step in and diffuse the situation, instead he got even angrier and told us to leave and never come back. Yes Cody, that is how you treat customers that have bought multiple cars from Jackson Acura and takes them there to get serviced, great job Cody! Keep up the great work! More
Nothing bad, but nothing special. Just get, get out. Not that I expected more. My husband used to take care of car stuff, but he has passed away. So now it’s up to me. And I’m not Just get, get out.
