Good Morning, I had an emergency with my car and I was able to reach Yvonne and let her know I was on my way in to the dealership. She was able to get me in right away and diagnose my situation within 30 able to reach Yvonne and let her know I was on my way in to the dealership. Overpriced for standard upkeep. $100 for new air filters?! “Recommended services” are completely overpriced for not being considered necessary. $160 to replace brake fluid. I asked $100 for new air filters?! “Recommended services” are completely overpriced for not being considered necessary. $160 to replace brake fluid. I asked Why does it need replaced? And why the exorbitant cost? And was just stared at. Waited 2 hours for oil change/tire rotation and then car sat in the bay finished for 20 mins before I asked for my car keys. This dealership should provide ultimate customer service for their prices. More
