This was my first visit to Jackson Acura Service Center with my new 2022 Acura TLX. I made my appointment with Ace. I was greeted by an assistant when I arrived, who introduced me to my service advisor. my with my new 2022 Acura TLX. I made my appointment with Ace. I was greeted by an assistant when I arrived, who introduced me to my service advisor. my service advisor was professional, friendly and engaged. He kept me up-to-date on the progress of my service inspection. When it was completed, he walked me out and make sure that everything was as expected. I had a great first time experience and was very impressed with the expeditious professional, friendly service I received. More
