Ronnie Rosario - Outstanding Customer Experience I had the pleasure of working with Ronnie Rosario when leasing my new Highlander XLE. Ronnie was personable and professional. He took care of everyt I had the pleasure of working with Ronnie Rosario when leasing my new Highlander XLE. Ronnie was personable and professional. He took care of everything that I needed and went well beyond anything I've experienced at a dealership. During our conversation, I explained to Ronnie that I am afflicted with an incurable neuromuscular disease and with COVID-19 pandemic, I am highly susceptible because of my suppressed immune system and complications that could occur with my disease. Ronnie was fantastic. I was to spend minimal time at the dealership and he worked out all the details while I was able to return home. He then made himself available, while on my way to MGH, to sign the paperwork. And then he delivered the car to my home! That wasn't then end. He then came by my house and picked up the car to have it inspected and put the new plates while I was unable to make it to the dealership. Ronnie is a genuine individual. The Volvo Service team was attentive and knowledgeable. They accommodated me with a loaner for the morning, kept me updated on pick up and the kicker was the video of the service summary I received on my phone. Awesome! The tech did a great job, BTW. In my years of driving Volvos - and a few Toyotas, I have always found Jaffarians to offer first -class service at every visit. I would and have highly recommended Jaffarian Volvo-Toyota to everyone. More
