Jaffarian Toyota

Jerked me around on price, kept me waiting for nothing I went in to Jaffarian on Monday to look at a car that they had over priced to start. They did the usual high pressure "what can we do to get you in I went in to Jaffarian on Monday to look at a car that they had over priced to start. They did the usual high pressure "what can we do to get you in to this car today schtick" to which I responded 30k. They countered 32k and I said, let me think about it. Went back on Wednesday after deciding to spend 32k on the particular car. They then tried to charge me 33k and would not come back to the 32k. They actually said "I should have struck while the iron was hot..." Thursday, they contacted me putting the 32k deal back on the table and asking when I could come in. I told them I would be in Saturday to finalize things. Saturday morning I get a call making sure I would be in. I told them I had just been getting over some flu symptoms, but they were pretty insistent that I come in Saturday, so I told them I would be in. I drove to the dealership, checked in, and was asked to wait. The dealership was freezing cold, so not the nicest place to wait around when you weren't feeling well to begin with...after being kept waiting for an hour my salesperson came over and said the car had been sold right before we got there (despite them knowing that I was coming in that day to finalize the agreement we had finally come to) To add insult to injury, the sales manager John said he wanted to try to make things right for me, would look for the car at auction and would be getting back in touch with me. He never did. I called the dealer, talked to Matt and told him to have John get in touch with me...they never did. NEVER will I buy from them again and I hope I get the word out to other people to not do business with people that would reneg on pricing, have someone come in knowing they were sick and doesn't follow up how they say they would. More

The two Rav 4 XLE limited cars I leased are exceptional values for the price I paid and they have all the same amenities that my Alpha Romeo Stelvio and Enclave have at a much lower price. I would recommend them highly because they are so responsive to your needs and don't waste time in the salesperson/buyer game playing. Great experience! More
