Never again! Love my 2017 Tacoma but this dealership needs work! My salesman would’ve cracked his face if he smiled, not very friendly, raised his voice at me when squabbling over a deal. Left lot after waiting an extra 90 min to get a sticker on it and left thinking I had one when I noticed it was a big fat rejection sticker. Didn’t tell me anything about sticker nor did I get the report. Apparently the battery was disconnected at some point and I needed to drive it a bit for it to pass. Communication terrible! Then they threw in an auto starter with my deal and made appt to bring it in leaving work early and the guy that does them left for the day! I was promised shuttle service but they lent the shuttle car to an employee to use on lunch break...waited an hour to get a ride! i like Toyota products however I will visit another dealer next time 😐 More

I had my eye on a Tacoma for years and Eduardo made it happen with my budget. He was super friendly and never ever at any point pushy, rude or condescending to a female alone buying a truck. It was an extremely pleasant experience and I can’t recommend Eduardo enough. My parents had previously purchased a Toyota through Jaffarian and had a great experience as well and they encouraged me to make this my first stop. It ended up being my only stop :) More
