Once he finally accepted I was not buying that day he was very dismissive of me and all of a sudden had no time to help me. I went back a week later and found another sales person who was awesome, and I bought a car that day. Miguel missed out due to his poor attitude towards me. When I first went in I was comparing vehicles trying to decide if I wanted a Toyota, but Miguel was very impatient so he lost out on a sale. When I went back to pick up my new vehicle Miguel had no time to assist me and completely blew me off when I needed help finding my sales person to get my new vehicle. I assume this was due to the fact I didn't buy it from him. Rude and dismissive is the best I can describe his attitude. More

The individual I was emailing answered all my questions asked in my multiple emails. I visited the showroom and was helped by Tom Rosenthal who was friendly, knowledgeable, attentive to detail and patient in describing all the new technology available on the vehicle. Tom Blanchette suggested an alternate way to finance my vehicle which resulted in a savings to me. Overall, my experience was very positive and I would definitely recommend this dealership to a friend. More

They helped me every step of the way through the test drive, purchasing and paper work process with efficiency and ease. They did everything for me regarding the necessary registration, insurance and inspection sticker. The car was beautiful and immaculate when I picked it up the next day. Awesome experience! My wife's lease was nearing the end. The past three Toyota's were leased from Jaffarian. Neither off us were really looking forward to going through Jaffarian again based on horrible high pressure sales tactics we had experienced with this dealer in the past. We elected to seek other dealers in the area. After going to two different dealership and discovering each had a lack of sales staff we begrudgingly returned to Jaffarian to negotiate a new lease. Simply put we were pleasantly surprised when we walked in the door to see the dealership had changed its entire sales approach to one of customer first- low pressure sales. Francesca was nothing short of amazing- communicated with my wife as opposed to the typical tactic of focusing on the husband. The deal was completed in less than two hours. Simply put it was evident that Jaffarian has migrated to a customer friendly approach that certainly exceeded our needs. Would high recommend folks seek out Francesca at this dealership when searching for a car. Hopefully the dealership will retain this great representative for a long time and seek others who possess the same value structure. More
Good deal, but not so certain about the dealership Overall, my experience was decent. There's really not much to a cash purchase. But I was really upset when I went to pick up my vehicle. I was certain that I had mentioned that they needed to include the front floor mats. Jose said that was not part of the deal and never mentioned, and that I need to pay for it. Now it's not about the money, but it's about the principle. I paid $30K for this truck and they try to nickle and dime me on floor mats. Lucky I had a car broker representing me, and he mentioned Certified Pre-Own vehicles are required to have floor mats. Jose was a great person and all, but not very knowledgeable. Yes, they ended having to give me my floor mats, but that just left a sour taste in my mouth. Additionally, the truck wasn't cleaned or detailed all too good. This truck is only 5k miles, so it's practically new. There was still blotches of cleaning solution on the paint and dirty areas inside. I expected some thorough cleaning, but it was almost the same condition when I paid for the vehicle. More
