I recently purchased a used Range Rover from this dealership. During the sales process some of the information provided by the salesman was inaccurate. However this was clearly not an attempt to dece dealership. During the sales process some of the information provided by the salesman was inaccurate. However this was clearly not an attempt to deceive me. After the purchase was complete the dealership acted promptly and the salesman honestly admitted his error. Very attentive, help me find the right vehicle and made sure I was kept informed about its availability, timing and additional considerati her game. At delivery, Lynn Henkel took me thru all the paperwork ensuring my clear understanding of the warranty, and service. Torrey took over an hour to familiarize me with the vehicles features, and a representative is coming out to the house next week to answer any additional questions once I've had a chance to familiarize myself the the cars operation. Very impressive team of folks. More
