Then when it came time to take delivery, I could not make it to the dealership, so Jacob did the obvious (at least to him), he drove the Range Rover to my houme and we did all the paperwork in 5 minutes while sitting at my kitchen counter. Another salesperson preying on us.” We were truly in looking mode, followed by information gathering, and it was late Saturday afternoon. Jacob was a true professional and within a few minutes, I sensed he was really listening to what we were interested in accomplishing. He guided us through the process, answering questions, pointing out comparisons. We left with a “hold” on a vehicle. That left us with the weekend to think about it.
