Advisors and reception are very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, I have had to return for the same problem again and again. I have to make another appointment on Monday. Paul Hernandez did a great job of managing my maintenance visit. He made sure that all of the factory recommended service was done, got me caught up on recalls & software updates.
