Sara was professional, approachable and displayed concern/empathy ( a rare trait for the challenging position she is in). I would like to add to my comments on my experience purchasing a Range Rover Velar at Jaguar Land Rover of Saint Petersburg. In my profession as an owner, you strive to have your employees take ownersh purchasing a Range Rover Velar at Jaguar Land Rover of Saint Petersburg. In my profession as an owner, you strive to have your employees take ownership of the company and organization they work for. As an owner when that employee mentally makes that commitment to that employer, you can be assured that you have made the right choice in hiring that employee. The service that the employee will exhibit to customers will be far and above what you would hope for. Dominic Esposito has taken that positive possession of his commitment to his customers and dealership. He treated my wife and me as if we were family friends. Not only did he offer personal service but his knowledge of the different units he had to offer was exemplary. On the North Shore of Chicago where I practiced, we knew that our clients required service, friendly service and immediate service. Thar was the service we received from Dominic. There are other dealers in the area and we are fortunate to have entered your dealership and have Dominic as our sales professional.
