Robbie Dereadt was our salesman and he was very professional, patient and helpful. Horrible after sale experience. Service returned my car worse than when I dropped it off. Nothing was fixed,check engine light on and filthy. Service manager is useless and General manager won’t even retu worse than when I dropped it off. Nothing was fixed,check engine light on and filthy. Service manager is useless and General manager won’t even return a phone call. First they told me to just drive an unsafe vehicle with no regard for human life and they would not provide a loaner car as agreed. Then they told me to try another dealer to see if I would get better service. Only excuses were provided. Once they sell you a car you are on your own. Avoid this place. More

Like most, I do not particularly enjoy sitting in a dealership, however the team at Jaguar seem to understand this sentiment from the customers prospective and ensure that you are as comfortable as you can be while they expedite the process. Anthony Coleman was the Financial Manager that I finished the paperwork with and he made the closing moments painless, while providing great conversation.
