Horrible service. Took my GMC Denali truck in to replace the windshield and door handle fixed and when I got it home the door handle was not fixed even though I laid Took my GMC Denali truck in to replace the windshield and door handle fixed and when I got it home the door handle was not fixed even though I laid for it. When I took it back the proceeded to tell me that it needed additional parts and was going to cost $$$. This makes me believe they didn’t even look at it in the first place. I have always serviced my 3 vehicles at James wood and the last two times the service and quality of work has been horrible . More
