Gavynn saved the day after having my 3500 serviced the fuel pump went out in the middle of town. One call to Gavynn had a tow truck in route and a technician waiting to install a new fuel pump. Truck was fuel pump went out in the middle of town. One call to Gavynn had a tow truck in route and a technician waiting to install a new fuel pump. Truck was out and ready to go the next morning. I had an appt. for an alignment at 1pm. When I arrived early, Iwas told it was going to be 2 hours. It wasn't completed for 3 and 1/2 hours later. After 2.75 hours, for an alignment at 1pm. I’m so impressed with the service department at the James Wood dealership in Denton.
