Need to watch for people cutting the line to get oil changes. Said something to one of the gentleman that was checking in vehicles about one car that had cut in front of several of us and he just looked changes. Scheduled appointment. Never informed customer they were 90 minutes behind. Appointment scheduled at 0815 am!! Took approximately 3 hours for oil change. Someone sat in passenger seat and laid it down all the way and took a cleaning rag from the car. Manager had no explanation why someone would lay down in front passenger seat during an oil change or why they would removed items from customers car take didn’t belong to them. I was dissatisfied with service and lack of explanation from manager. I won’t be returning. The only reason I scheduled is because it was under warranty. No thanks! More
