I was on my way out of town and decided last minute to leave my truck for service while I was gone. Took 3 months to fix my car (instead of estimated 2-3 weeks promised during drop off). They kept blaming warranty company, but things they did that was the warranty's department were: they didn't even te weeks promised during drop off). They kept blaming warranty company, but things they did that was the warranty's department were: they didn't even test drive the car before having me pick up. Only 2 mins into driving it home I could tell the transmission hadn't been fixed and had to drive right back to get it fixed again. They also should have only charged me $100 with warranty but was charged $600 instead. They never offered me a rental car until I complained that I needed one after waiting so long. Manager only called me back once during that whole timeframe after me reaching out to him for help. Worst car repair experience I have ever had to deal with. I would never go back here or recommend that you take your car. Drive further for a better dealership! More
