Called in to get guidance on a warning light that had come on. My service rep, Samantha, was very quick to call me back and get me in. She ran the diagnostics and determined they would need the truck f come on. My service rep, Samantha, was very quick to call me back and get me in. She ran the diagnostics and determined they would need the truck for a day to fully go over it. She was able to get my truck in the very next day. She was awesome and made the whole experience fantastic. Will definitely try and purchase my next vehicle from this dealership after my service experience. More

The work is fine. I was a little frustrated with the time I was told the service would take vs the actual time it took. I was told by the service manager the maintenan I was a little frustrated with the time I was told the service would take vs the actual time it took. I was told by the service manager the maintenance and recall work would take 2.5 to 3 hours, so I stayed in the waiting area. 4 hours later I sent a text to the manager who later replied and said it was almost done. I got the truck finished 1.5 hours later. Total time was 5.5 hours. If I had known, I would have arranged to drop it off and pick it up later in the day. It would have been nice to have a courtesy update from someone instead of not knowing and just waiting. Later in the time period I receive a text from the service manager saying the cabin air filter needed to be replaced. I had recently purchased one which was in the back seat and suggested they could install it, but if not I would do it. The filter wasn’t changed which was no big deal, But a response would have been nice. More
