Scheduled appointment. Never informed customer they were 90 minutes behind. Appointment scheduled at 0815 am!! Took approximately 3 hours for oil change. Someone sat in passenger seat and laid it down all the way and took a cleaning rag from the car. Manager had no explanation why someone would lay down in front passenger seat during an oil change or why they would removed items from customers car take didn’t belong to them. I was dissatisfied with service and lack of explanation from manager. I won’t be returning. The only reason I scheduled is because it was under warranty. No thanks! More

Trying to get warranty work or drivetrain work I am always told you need to drop off the vehicle and they won’t be able to look at it for one and a half weeks. Then I get a call the next day that the t always told you need to drop off the vehicle and they won’t be able to look at it for one and a half weeks. Then I get a call the next day that the tech was able to look at the vehicle. This tactic has happened many times over the years. This service was for a transmission TSB that had been checked at 20,000 miles and nothing was done. Now that I am retired, I can leave the truck however, the truck is out of warranty. I explained that the TSB should be covered since GM has known about the issue since 2016 but my explanation landed on deaf ears. I have not been able to drive the truck very much since the service but, I am hoping it stays fixed since all the technician did was, change the fluid for $700 of labor and $200 of transmission fluid. I contacted GM customer service and they seamed interested in helping with my case but took too long for any responses. More
