Attentive service once I arrived BUT the person who scheduled the service in advance over the phone missed the time required by a mile. Similar to a restaurant hostess telling you the table will be rea scheduled the service in advance over the phone missed the time required by a mile. Similar to a restaurant hostess telling you the table will be ready in 10 minutes and it actually takes 45 minutes. Very disappointing. More

I have been a customer of James Wood dealership for years. Tyler was very nice to call me back and facilitate my issue with truck. I chose the Denton location since I live closer. Samantha was very years. Tyler was very nice to call me back and facilitate my issue with truck. I chose the Denton location since I live closer. Samantha was very professional with great customer service. The communication was fairly quick via texting Only. However, I did not like the fact that they did not have loaners and I had to inconvenience someone to bring me and pick me up. More

Had an appointment time for an oil change , An hour later my truck had not made it from the parking place to even start the oil change. Only when I conronted service about it they said they would get it rig my truck had not made it from the parking place to even start the oil change.
