Communication was lacking this time. Normally good, but was not told what was going on with the vehicle, I had to call at the end of the day to hear it was ready. Horrible service. Took my GMC Denali truck in to replace the windshield and door handle fixed and when I got it home the door handle was not fixed even though I laid Took my GMC Denali truck in to replace the windshield and door handle fixed and when I got it home the door handle was not fixed even though I laid for it. When I took it back the proceeded to tell me that it needed additional parts and was going to cost $$$. This makes me believe they didn’t even look at it in the first place. I have always serviced my 3 vehicles at James wood and the last two times the service and quality of work has been horrible . More
