This new 3% charge for Credit Card use is ridiculous to me. It will make me go to another dealership. Also bought tires from James Woods only to find out when paying they have discontinued the road haz me. It will make me go to another dealership. This will make me go to a different dealership to purchase my vehicles that will do right on service of my vehicle. I have bought my last 5 cars from James Woods. But could be my last. Very disappointing to see this in a business. Economy is hard but it is also hard for consumer. Sorry James Woods but this is not the way you do your customer base. After talking to several employees they are not liking these changes either. So it must be a change in the upper. Hope they figure it out before they loose a lot of business. More

I would like to say Samantha and James Wood Auto park hit it out of the park on my recent service visit. I actually called James Wood in Decatur first since I live closer to them but after being on hold for it out of the park on my recent service visit. I actually called James Wood in Decatur first since I live closer to them but after being on hold for 45 mins to speak with a service agent, someone came on the phone and told me I would need to leave a message; epic failure in their part. That’s when I said no thank you and called James Wood Auto park. Samantha called me, se the appointment for the next morning and I was in and out in the time frame she gave me. The James Wood Auto park will be my dealer shop for maintenance from now on. More
