I have been a customer of James Wood in Denton since 1995. I feel like I was put on the back burner when my back ordered part finally arrived. You kept my truck just 2 days short of 7 weeks and if I had 1995. I feel like I was put on the back burner when my back ordered part finally arrived. You kept my truck just 2 days short of 7 weeks and if I hadn't called Mike White it would have been more. Mike Belew called me one time to tell me that the part needed to fix the transmission was on back order. After that, I had to call to check on the status. I called the day the part came in which was 5 weeks and 3 days in. Mike called me back after talking to the tech and told me it would be another week before they would have it ready. He didn't call me after that week went by so I called him that Tuesday morning. At this time I was without a truck for 6 weeks and 3 days. He didn't call me back until around 5 PM only to tell me that it was going to be yet another week before they could have my truck ready. So I called Mike White the next day, Wednesday and told him all of the above. The next day I got a call from Mike Belew telling me my truck was ready. I feel like I was put on the back burner because it was warranty work and they were looking for a convenient time to work it in. I really don't know. what I do know is when I get ready to trade this truck or my Terrain in, I will do it anywhere but James Wood in Denton. You just lost a customer of 30 years. More

In days of old. when we brought a car in to be serviced like engine oil change and eng lite was on. Well they changed the oil & filter &they check the codes and ord when we brought a car in to be serviced like engine oil change and eng lite was on. Well they changed the oil & filter &they check the codes and ordered the parts But they did not clear the check eng lit.I cleared it my self. Now should I charge you for the cost of code reader that cost me 125 bucks. More
