I took my truck in to get the seat heater/ac chips installed and to get a rear door weatherstrip issue fixed. They had to keep it a second day, due to their finding a defective rear window frame that installed and to get a rear door weatherstrip issue fixed. I'm grateful they did the extra effort of checking things out while it's still under warranty. More

The service manage and my rep both took very good care of me. Unfortunately I keep having workmanship problems.
