I recently had my vehicle serviced at James Wood dealership and was extremely pleased with the entire experience. My service advisor, Jarrett Abel, was excellent. Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Edwin was ready with the tag and car information as soon as I pulled up. He said it would be ready in 1.5 hours. When I walked back into the service department my name was be called out indicating my vehicle was ready. They gave me a paper stating the work that had been done and the condition of other parts from the inspection. Vehicle is running great. Overall, a great experience. More
