The service reps are not doing their job. The mechanics marked my battery as bad. Both Air filters was marked bad. Wipers were marked as bad. Not a word was said to me about it. I called and asked about my battery and why nothing was brought to my attention while at the service department. Was told that he was busy working in the back. In fact, he was sitting at his desk talking to a young girl who works at the dealership. I checked my air filter at home and it was not in bad shape. It was a little dirty. But I changed it anyway since I opened up the air box. It only had 16k miles on it. I have no faith in your service department. I complained about the same issue before only to be told that it won't happen again. I also had a occurrence of a total misdiagnosed issue. Was told that a baffle in my muffler was causing noise on the exhaust. I was told that fix was a $600 muffler. I went to a muffler shop and they immediately called out that the flapper valve was causing the noise. And they showed me. They grabbed the spring on the valve and the noise stopped. I have given enough chances put your service department is completely untrustworthy via incompetence or just ripping people off. I will not ever come back to your dealership and will be letting people know about your service department is doing. This is horrible. More
