I had an appointment today to fix a camera issue that I have been having with my 2024 Silverado since the day I brought it home. This is the 3rd attempt at a fix. After the 2nd attempt, I was told it wou have been having with my 2024 Silverado since the day I brought it home. This is the 3rd attempt at a fix. After the 2nd attempt, I was told it would take a special order part from GM. I waited about 8 weeks and was told the part was in. I left work and drove 45mins to this dealer to get the part installed. After an hour in the waiting room, I was told GM shipped the wrong part. So they had to reinstall the bad part and I am back in "waiting for a part" mode" This has been completely unacceptable for a brand new 2024 truck. I have now owned the truck for 4 months and nobody can fix the camera. It is time for GM to give me a new truck if they cannot fix it. More

Over the years the service people are excellent they all know me by my first name! I have had many new cars and trucks all driven to well over 100k with almost most no trouble. Oil changes and routine main know me by my first name! I have had many new cars and trucks all driven to well over 100k with almost most no trouble. Oil changes and routine maintenace is about all I have ever had to do. With four Chevrolets I'm there a lot and treated like family. Thanks for the great service and for making great cars!
