Service is great. No issues. I however don’t understand why your service agents only check you in and do not provide any feedback about your vehicle. I’ve had my oil c No issues. I’ve had my oil changed there several times, and the only interaction I’ve ever had with the service agent has been to check me in. However, this last visit, the agent did send me a text, saying if I had any questions to contact him. The service agents need to learn how to come out from behind that desk, and actually speak to you. Even just to come out to the waiting room to let you know about how much longer it’s going to be for your vehicle. More

This was my 2nd bad experience with the service department but the service manager smoothed things over with the 1st visit. This visit I had an appointment and after 3 days I had to follow up and department but the service manager smoothed things over with the 1st visit. This visit I had an appointment and after 3 days I had to follow up and was assured it was “next in line”. Another 3 days I had to follow up again and they hadn’t even touched my truck. I then picked it up and no apologies when I picked it up. Very disappointing since this is the only Chevy dealer within Wise County. Won’t be back at this location for sales or service. More

We went with James Wood for the convenience of living in the same town.. we also didn't want to spend hours at a dealership. Everything was done through text or phone call.
