Great Experience I'm the type of guy who takes care of my trucks but drives them into the ground. My last F150 had over 250K miles on it and I dreaded parting with it for two reasons 1) I loved my old truck and 2) I don't like dealing with dealerships. The folks at Jannell esp Eddie Clark and Mike Kinney made the experience very easy even though I live a 40 minute drive away. They were fair, honest and accommodating, qualities that are not always easy to find. I highly recommend Jannell Ford and I would go back again. More

I was greeted with a warm welcome. They didn't make me feel like i was being attacked or pressured into buying anything. Instead they helped me find the perfect car for my life style. Of course i already did have a couple cars in mind : ) The staff at Jannell were very informative with all there models on the lot. I learned a lot about ford and its history that day while car shopping. When it came time to purchase my new ride they helped me set up a reasonable payment plan for the new car i was going to finance as well as a extended warranty. I left Jannell ford that day feeling confident and satisfied with my service. I will be picking my new car up in the next day! More

Helpful and responsive I was looking for a new F150. They did not have what I wanted in their inventory and searched other dealers to find the truck. I actually believe they gave me a fair value on my trade-in, which I was expecting to take a bath on. I walked in pre-approved for a loan, and they were able to beat my banks rate and spare me a service fee. I'd buy another car from them again, they offer as painless a car-buying experience as I've ever had. More
