When I drove onto the lot to look at vehicles I was met by Andrew Clark. He was very pleasant, personable & knowledgeable. His Dad Ed Clark came over and helped with financial questions. I felt better yet again because there were family working together. Joanne was friendly and educated in her financial position and it was obvious she was very capable. Overall the experience was a very positive one and should the need arise I would go to Jannell again. More

I would buy again at Jannell because they have a very substantial inventory, they new I had significant time constraints both the day I bought the car and picked it up and accommodated my schedule. They sent a driver to pick me up so I didn't have to make arrangements to be dropped off at Jannell as I lived 30 miles away which was a great convenience to me. My sales person Andy and the sales manager Ed were very personable guys and feel they treated me well. The finance manager was knowledgable and helpful as well. More

After comparing Jannell with 3 other Ford dealers, I felt confident in purchasing my 2014 Ford Escape from Jannell. The sales people are very friendly and down to earth. I was looking to trade in my older car(which was a coup) for a family car being I am expecting my first baby. Evan was so great! He was able to understand what I was looking for while still being consider for a family car being I am expecting my first baby. Evan was so great! He was able to understand what I was looking for while still being considerate of my price range. I absolutely love the ford explorer he found for me, it's exactly what I wanted. The sales staff was excellent. They were very good to deal with and prepped the vehicle pretty quickly; quicker than I thought it was going to be ready considering it was lousy weather. JB grabbed a box deal with and prepped the vehicle pretty quickly; quicker than I thought it was going to be ready considering it was lousy weather. JB grabbed a box so I could transfer my belongings to the new vehicle and even put the fast lane transponder on the new vehicle.
