Recently purchased a pre-owned Ford Explorer from a pre-owned dealer. I own two Ford Vehicles (2012 Ford Focus and 2005 Ford Taurus). Both vehicles were purchased at Jannell. Andrew Gill (Drew) was very informative about the issues involving the car. He never spoke down to me nor did he treat me as if I won't understand since I was a woman. He explained everything in detail and would clarify for me how each component of the engine and parts repaired impact the overall functioning of the car. In the past I did not always seek repairs at the Dealership as I feared it would be more expensive and did not always trust that unnecessary repairs were not being performed. I never feel that way at Jannell. I believe they are honest people and care about me as a customer (and care about my car). Andrew "Drew" Gill deserves praise for his work and kindness. I am now a customer for life not just for sales but also for service. More

I went to jannell ford lokking for a certified ford edge. Evan met me at the door and asked me to help ohim serve me and the rest is history. Joanne met me on the cape to sign the paperwork on Sunday morning so I could take delivery on Monday.
