My comments could be compared to that saying, "his bark is worse than his bite." The 2022 Chevrolet 3LT Black Blazer (purchased from your dealership) was exactly the model that I was looking for. As far as I know, no other dealerships in the Twin Cities had any in those specifications. If we could go back if would have preferred to have the vehicle (washed and prepped for delivery) left indoors such as the area when you pull into the service department. I would not have expected the vehicle to be left running. This would have given me an opportunity to look over/inspect the vehicle in the comfort of a heated building and do a walkaround looking at the vehicle while asking various questions. I know it was late and the dealership was wrapping things up for the day meaning everyone was trying to leave for the day. The part about the missing GM Rewards points being added to my membership/account number isn't that big of a deal. Working with the advisor's representing the GM Rewards Program, it took them 5 minutes to complete. The remark about not getting a follow-up from the salesperson isn't that big of a deal. Overall, I can't give the dealership a 10, but my final score would be 9.9%. If you want that missing ,1% added to my review, you can hand wash my SUV when it needs the first oil change which at this point (1500 miles) might be a few months down the road. Absolutely no hard feelings. The 2022 Blazer was the second vehicle I purchased from your dealership and would definitely purchase another vehicle if I needed another vehicle.
