Logan was a 5 star. The finance gentleman was a 5 star. The gentleman that appraised my truck was horrible. He didn’t ask hardly any questions. All service work on my truck was dine at my local dealer. My truck was very well maintained and clean. He came back with a low ball insulting number. Trying to negotiate any part of that became more insulting. This is my 6th Duramax. I know what my truck was worth. I still did the deal because I liked the truck and they are hard to find. I have no trouble with a dealership making some money off of my trade, just not to the point of greed. The only thing my truck needed for the dealership to put it on the lot was and oil change and possibly tires. Basically it was here is what we are willing to give you for your trade and you’ll like it. I did negotiate a better price but it definitely was uncomfortable doing it. Logan Dahlk was excellent at his part of the sale but the rest of the process was unpleasant. Just being honest. More
