I had a terrible experience here. First off, my sales agent, Brandon, was handling multiple customers/sales and couldn’t give me/my sale the attention I deserved. When I was finally ready to go, they nev agent, Brandon, was handling multiple customers/sales and couldn’t give me/my sale the attention I deserved. When I was finally ready to go, they never cleaned my new (used) car, which is standard before they sell you the car and there was a tire pressure light on in the car when they gave it to me. I had to go and put air in the tires and then take it to the dealership (they didn’t know how to calibrate the model) to figure out how to turn it off/calibrate it. Secondly, I went from a very unreliable car to this car and it started acting funny a week after I bought it. I called my sales manager and he said he would see what he could do for me and see about getting it in to get it looked at and I never heard back and phone calls never returned. More
