Trisha knew form our previous commutations that I was a busy man and didn't sit much. She kept the paperwork moving and I moved through the different departments at a quick pace. The young man that sold me the rust proofing package did talk a little faster than I could listen but he had no problem repeating himself. Trisha was enthusiastic and responsive to our questions about the vehicle. The reason for 4 stars is related to an issue with some body molding and their response to my inquiry about fixing it. I am not sure how thorough the certified pre-owned vehicle inspection was as the door molding was falling off after we drove the car home. After inspecting it closer in the daylight, you could see it had obvious visible damage previously even though it may not have been loose or falling off at the time of the inspection. I realize it is a used vehicle and when we did the test drive it was not like this, at least we did not notice it at that time. When asked about the possibility of getting this corrected, Trisha's response was that it is a used vehicle and certification covers mechanical repairs only, not aesthetics and she could ask what the pricing would be to fix it. I got an estimate to fix the molding for under $80.00 from a body shop nearby me. I believe the dealership missed an opportunity to show they truly care about the customers they serve for minimal cost. More

Pickup was covered with mud when I looked at it, told lot manager had taken it home and that was why it was so muddy. Should have had them wash it before deciding to buy it, cant believe I was so stupid. The manager had taken it home and that was why it was so muddy. The paint on the rear fender skirts is completely sand blasted off, and I did not see it with all mud on it, along with all the many other scratches and chips under the mud. Also both interior lights under rear seats were hanging down, one I put back in place the other has a broken bracket and I am being told to take it to another dealer for repair? This make me wonder how good of a certification inspection was done over all . Myself and the salesman failed to notice passenger floor mat was missing and the one sent for replacement came dirty and covered with some kind of sticky substance, Also right front tire was low on air so salesman had it filled, it has now leaked down requiring more air, so I will have to have it repaired. Overall salesman was very knowledgeable about pickup and its features and answered all my questions, to bad I wasn't more careful after seeing how dirty truck was and how long it had been on the lot. More
