Jeff Belzer's Lakeville - Service Center

Very upset with this the service department. When I booked my service reservation (a month and a half ago)I stated that I needed a loaner while it was in the shop. I received a confirmation for my service reservation, but when I got here they stated they don’t have loaners for service (although I could see loaners everywhere, and if they don’t loan vehicles for service then what do they have loaners for; and why did I get a loaner the last 5 times)? That’s obviously the 1st lye I was told. The second lye I was told was…”do you need a ride somewhere while it’s in the shop of are you waiting?” Being that I was expecting a loaner I obviously would have to wait. So I did for 2.5 hours for the diagnosis and they said it won’t be fixed for a day or two. So now that I found a rental at enterprise I asked if they could give us a ride to enterprise and the response was “we have no one to give you a ride because we are really short on help.” If that were the case why did he even offer a ride when we got here? I will not be coming back to this place again. Especially being the last time I came I got the same run around, and they took 2 weeks to fix my vehicle and they fixed the same thing that they fixed 4 months prior. The service technicians obviously don’t know what they are doing and the advisor is just a liar. If I am spending money at a place I would like to be able to trust their workmanship and advisors. DO NOT COME HERE THEY WILL DISAPPOINT! More

Im not sure I will take my vehicles to be serviced at Belzers again. I came in at 7AM to have it serviced for my AC issue. My plan was to drop it off and pick it up later that day. The rep told me tha Belzers again. I came in at 7AM to have it serviced for my AC issue. My plan was to drop it off and pick it up later that day. The rep told me that its better to wait if you want it done sooner and so I waited for over 2 hours before i came and asked for an update. He told me that it needs a new part and will not be done until later. i told him i need the vehicle by end of day so i can have it to drive to work in the morning. so i got a shuttle home and waited. By 430pm I never got a call for an update. SO i called and the rep had left already. I was stuck with no vehicle and had to adjust my schedule the next day. Finally got a call the next day that it will be done that day. Very disappointed in the lack of communication which cost me to make phone calls to get my children where they needed to be as well as my work schedule. More

Belzer Chevrolet is always so customer and service oriented. I was there for a lease buy out and they - Amanda I think - squeezed me in for an oil change. John Z is always incredibly helpful and personable too. He makes the sales so much less stressful with the extra help he always provides. Kudos to him too!! More
