Dealership Review The staff was very friendly to deal with at Jeff Belzer. A little disappointed in the detail cleaning the car supposedly received. It was more like a spray it off and quick vacuum it out. The rims still had break dust all over them and there was sticky stuff in the cubbyholes. They also said the car is certified so it went through a 172 point inspection, which was obviously poorly done. When we got home my husband took out the air filter and it was full of leaves and duct tape. That is something they check on a routine oil change, so it should of been cleaned out on a 172 certification inspection. Also the air in the tires were all different pressures. It just seems like they missed some of the small details and makes me wonder how good they really checked the car over. Our salesman called and emailed to check in the next day but called me by the wrong name. Other than that the salesman and others were all nice to deal with and very friendly. More

When I was having trouble narrowing down my search, he helped talk me through my original points. John spent time asking me questions vs telling me what I needed. He made sure I was making a decision that was the fit for me. Couldn't be happier. We test drove 2 vehicles that I liked. He recommended we try 1 more, and it was the perfect fit. Everyone was so helpful and friendly! We drove 1 1/2 hrs to see the vehicle we were interested in. We were 30 min. late and it was hectic with customers and buyers when we got there.
