Lease was not explained in any detail whatsoever, as a matter of fact, I had to search online to find who my lease payment is made to. I was also never advised as to what the trade in on my car was at the matter of fact, I had to search online to find who my lease payment is made to. I was also never advised as to what the trade in on my car was at the time of the lease signing. I subsequently ascertained that the trade was $500, In checking I also ascertained that the metal value alone was worth more than that. I do not believe that I was treated well, especially after I agreed to lease the Venue. I am still reading page after page of the owner's manual since nothing about the car was ever explained. The Salesperson I dealt wit was very good at his job, and i was comfortable dealing with, but once it left his hands, the detail to service was lost entirely. So now I remain in the dark about many items and have very little recourse, I doubt this is what you might consider good customer service. When it came to Financing, It was rushed and all I could do was sign and itial everything, at no time was I advised who the Financing was being done through. I was told that Hyundai would be in touch by email, and that never happened until I took the initiative to go to their website and search for answers. Lastly, I would add that a day after the lease signing, Jason called to ask how I liked the car, I told him I was happy with it, but also asked if I put down another $8000 would I be able to just finance it without a lease. Jason said he would contact his Manager and get back to me, needless to say he never did. I also initialed a document guaranteeing the value of the Venue after the lease expires if I choose to purchase it outright, I never received a copy of that document, which I would like for my records.
