I must admit, with what I had heard from other Hyundai owners I know, and last personal experience I had decided I would not go back to Jenkins Ocala. However I decided to try once more. It would have been a 5 star rating had the young lady that I called first, nearly two weeks before I actually got it fixed been as eager for my service. Having been a service manager myself in Ocala a long time ago,(early 1980's) I knew well of the dealership attitude of "if they didn't buy their car here, teach them a lesson if they come for service", and was convinced that was still alive at Jenkins Ocala! But I must say, on THIS visit, Phyllis and Stine treated me as a special customer, and I could see it wasn't just me, but everyone that came in! More
