Clean, well maintained dealership with well trained service personnel to assist customers in navigating the processes of shopping for, buying or servicing an automobile. Sales personnel are knowledgea service personnel to assist customers in navigating the processes of shopping for, buying or servicing an automobile. Sales personnel are knowledgeable about their products, create a non pressure climate for the transaction, and follow through until the deal is finalized. Finance personnel are organized and competent despite the excessive paperwork. They were incredibly helpful with hand control installation and tag transfer which I could not have accomplished alone. I had stated up front that I would not allow more than one credit pull to purchase or lease a new car. when I noticed two poles on my report I called the dealership and was given to a gentleman by the nam one credit pull to purchase or lease a new car. when I noticed two poles on my report I called the dealership and was given to a gentleman by the name of Tim, a sales manager as I was told. His handling of my complaint was less than acceptable. Nevertheless I will still recommend the dealership and possibly use Jenkins again in the future. More

I purchased a 2020 Tucson. The dealership appeared to be clean. It's in the midst of the COVID 19 stuff, therefore cleanliness is important.
