Our Kia engine failed due to a known factory issue. We had done all recalls and meticulously serviced the car at this dealer. It was just a few miles over the extended warranty period, from the engine recalls. They did not do ANY work or diagnosis of any kind, other than observing that the engine had failed, which we already knew. They gave us an estimate to replace the engine. While we were deciding what to do, they began to cry that the car had been sitting in their lot for too long. It had been about a month, while we were dealing with our many issues from lack of transportation. We finally decided to have it junked. When arrived to have the junkyard tow the car, they handed us a bill for $250 !!! Wow. Talk about rude, care-nothing, pure rip-off. This is horrible way to treat a loyal customer. Shame on them. More

Christine is the very best! At first my experience with the sales part of the car was good but then there ended up being some issues with the car after everything was done.
